C.O.P.S. is a national program created by the Department of Justice, and it was implemented in Jackson in the fall of 2003. C.O.P.S. stands for Community Oriented Policing. C.O.P.S. 4 meetings are held regularly on every fourth Thursday of each month at Fondren Presbyterian Church, located at 3220 Old Canton Road.
