Zoning Map

The Jackson Association of Neighborhoods receives notifications from property owners applying to the Planning and Zoning Board for a change in zoning for their property. Each month, the Planning and Zoning Board has a public hearing to vote on whether to support or oppose the application. Once that has happened, the matter is decided by Jackson's City Council. The types of potential changes include Rezoning, Special Exceptions, Use Permits and Variances.

We are sharing this information through this Google map. The yellow markers are from hearings that have already happened. Others indicate upcoming hearings.
If you click on any of the markers, it will tell you the address, the type of change being requested, the applicant's name, and the date of the hearing. If you would like to attend the meeting, Planning and Zoning Board meetings take place on the date shown at 1:30 p.m., at 200 S. President St., in the 1st floor conference room.
