Community Noise Lab Illegal Dumping Giveaway

The Community Noise Lab, housed at the Brown University School of Public Health (BUSPH), explores the relationship between community noise and health by working directly with communities to support their specific noise issues (pollution, water quality, illegal dumping) using real-time monitoring and exposure modeling via research, digital applications, in-house experiments, and community engagement activities. The grant-funded project is investigating the environmental health impacts of living near illegal dumping sites in Mississippi, and input from Mississippi residents is needed.

The Community Noise Lab is raffling a holiday gift basket and other monetary prizes for Mississippi residents who report illegal dumping sites to its database.
