Georgetown, one of Jackson’s oldest historically Black neighborhoods, is actively revitalizing its neighborhood association. The neighborhood held its first post-COVID meeting on April 15 and continues to meet on the first Monday of every month at the Jackson Medical Mall Community Room at 6 p.m.

The boundaries of Georgetown are: Medgar Evers Boulevard (North), Bailey Avenue (East), Fortification Street (South), and Hawkins Field (West).
